The 7th Artist

Na het succes van The Sixth Artist keert het project terug met The 7th Artist, een zoektocht naar de stem van Brienenoordeiland. Makers werken met aarde, klei, planten en hout om instrumenten te bouwen en muziek te improviseren vanuit de omgeving. Met o.a. Celeste Wright, Ishtar Bakhtali, Sophia Bardoutsou, Pau Jordà, Branko Valchev en Bernat Boronat ontstaat een collectief dat het eiland laat klinken. In interactieve momenten word je onderdeel van deze gezamenlijke sound.

Following the success of The Sixth Artist, the project returns with The 7th Artist, exploring the voice of Brienenoord Island. Artists work with soil, clay, plants and wood to build instruments and improvise music inspired by their surroundings. Featuring Celeste Wright, Ishtar Bakhtali, Sophia Bardoutsou, Pau Jordà, Branko Valchev and Bernat Boronat, a collective soundscape takes shape. Through interactive moments, you become part of this shared sonic identity.
