Rico Nacinelli en Jelle Willems brengen hun intieme duoproject naar Country House Authentic Blue op de Meent, tussen premium menswear, tijdloze materialen en de ontspannen sfeer van de winkel. In deze setting komen piano, elektrische bas, zang en elektronica samen in atmosferische en emotioneel gelaagde soundscapes. Na jaren samen te hebben gespeeld in NAUSYQA bouwen Richard Nacinelli en Jelle Willems verder op hun sterke muzikale connectie. Jelle’s piano en synthesizers ontmoeten Richard’s effectgedreven elektrische bas in een concert dat beweegt tussen contemporary jazz, ambient en art pop. De set bestaat uit herwerkte songs van NAUSYQA en persoonlijke interpretaties van artiesten en componisten die hen diep hebben beïnvloed, waaronder The Beatles, Nick Drake, Radiohead en Italiaanse klassiekers uit de jaren zestig en zeventig. Het concert ontvouwt zich als een meeslepende en persoonlijke muzikale dialoog.
Rico Nacinelli and Jelle Willems bring their intimate duo project to Country House Authentic Blue on the Meent, surrounded by premium menswear, timeless materials and the relaxed atmosphere of the store. In this setting, piano, electric bass, voice and electronics come together in atmospheric and emotionally layered soundscapes. After many years performing together in NAUSYQA, Richard Nacinelli and Jelle Willems continue building on their deep musical connection. Jelle’s piano and synths meet Richard’s effects-driven electric bass in a concert moving between contemporary jazz, ambient music and art pop. Their repertoire combines rearranged songs from NAUSYQA with personal interpretations of artists and composers who have deeply influenced them, including The Beatles, Nick Drake, Radiohead and Italian classics from the 1960s and 70s. The concert unfolds as an immersive and deeply personal musical dialogue.
In de zomer van 2026 bundelen de ondernemers op de Meent voor de derde keer hun krachten met North Sea Round Town, het fringe festival van NN North Sea Jazz. Op donderdag 9 juli hoor je van 16.00 tot 22.00 uur livemuziek op straat, op terrassen en in boutiques en winkels. Je bent erbij tijdens een speciale jubileumeditie: NN North Sea Jazz viert dit jaar zijn 50-jarig bestaan. Daarom beleef je dit jaar een extra bijzondere editie van Jazz op de Meent, met 50 concerten op 25 locaties. Je loopt zo van plek naar plek, terwijl de Meent – inmiddels een begrip in Rotterdam, het decor vormt voor jouw middag en avond vol livemuziek, van jazz en soul tot groove en verrassende cross-overs. Kom langs en vier de magie van de zomer in het hart van de stad. Spreek af op een van je favoriete terrassen, volg de route of laat je verrassen terwijl je van plek naar plek dwaalt.

In summer 2026, the entrepreneurs of the Meent join forces for the third time with North Sea Round Town, the fringe festival of NN North Sea Jazz. On Thursday 9 July, from 16:00 to 22:00, live music fills the street, terraces, boutiques and shops. You’re part of a special anniversary edition as NN North Sea Jazz celebrates 50 years. That means an extra special edition of Jazz op de Meent: 50 concerts across around 25 locations. Move from place to place as the Meent – by now a Rotterdam classic—sets the scene for your afternoon and evening of live music, from jazz and soul to groove and surprising crossovers. Drop by and celebrate the magic of summer in the heart of the city. Meet at your favourite terrace, follow the route or wander and discover. Free access, from 16:00 to 22:00.
