Met Under Pressure: The Four Seasons, Rewritten nemen Aleksandra Tonelli en Cocoliche Trio je mee in een nieuwe blik op de seizoenen. Vanuit thema’s als klimaatverandering en natuurrampen ontstaat een programma waarin invloeden uit beide hemisferen samenkomen, van Piazzolla en Gismonti tot Tsjaikovski en Brad Mehldau. De muziek vertaalt bekende ideeën over de seizoenen naar een opwarmende wereld vol contrast, beweging en nieuwe perspectieven. Tijdens North Sea Round Town gaat het nieuwe repertoire voor een aankomend album in première en ontdek je hoe Zuid-Amerikaanse folklore, klassieke tradities en jazzimprovisatie samenkomen in een eigentijdse crossover sound.

Inspired by themes such as climate change and natural disasters, the project brings together influences from both hemispheres, ranging from Piazzolla and Gismonti to Tchaikovsky and Brad Mehldau.
